When a man through the study of the scriptures comes to the knowledge of the truth, it makes him wise unto salvation. From that point he begins to speak wisdom out of the abundance of God's word hidden in his heart. The Lord also gives him the tongue of the learned that he may know how to both speak and answer every man. Every true child of God should therefore have a soft, wholesome and tamed tongue to speak edifying and encouraging words.

Great multitudes followed Jesus as He preached the gospel of the kingdom and healed all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. It is only a few people, like one of the thieves on the cross that may have an opportunity to make their ways right with God, just before death. The majority of people die either accidentally or in their sleep, taken away unexpectedly.

Beloved, do not give place to the devil to reign over you. It is what you allow that will eventually have dominion over you. The devil will always come to you with evil suggestions but he cannot invade your life until you let him in. The devil succeeded in deceiving Eve, and got her and Adam to eat of the forbidden fruit, thereby disobeying God. Eve was overcome because she engaged the devil in a conversation instead of resisting him.
