Beware of ungodly company. It always leads to death and therefore must be avoided. Those who support any ungodly fellowship are calling evil good and will certainly suffer the same punishment with those that are directly involved in evil practices and activities. For instance, there is no difference between those who take pleasure in watching pornographic films and those that acted and directed those films.

After God had revealed to Israel the punishment that would befall them if they failed to obey His commandments, He expected them to be obedient. However, Israel took no heed to obey the Lord. They soon forgot the word of God and descended further into idolatry. Be warned, and avoid the deadly and devastating consequence of sin and backsliding. The Lord has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, so live as one that can be called home at any time.

The eye is the window of the soul. What you set your eyes upon controls your thoughts and will eventually determine your action. David set his eyes upon the naked body of Uriah's wife and his thoughts were affected leading to the sins of immorality and murder. Be careful of what you think upon because the thought of foolishness is sin - Proverbs 24:9.

The imagination of sinners is always vain and against God. Although, the Lord wanted them to multiply and fill the whole earth, the men of Babel imagined to build a city and a tower that will reach unto heaven. By their rebellious imagination, they wanted to dwell together in Babel that they may not be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth. Because their minds were not renewed, their deeds were evil, unacceptable and against the perfect will of God.

Submit Yourself Unto God

It is foolishness to strive with your Maker. Broken pieces of pottery may strive with themselves but the clay cannot argue with the potter about how it should be fashioned : "If one man sin against another, the judge shall judge him: but if a man sin against the LORD, who shall intreat for him?" - 1 Samuel 2:25a. Like a lump of clay every man should allow the Potter to do whatever He pleases with them.
