Everyone born into this world has a specific assignment to accomplish. When you become born again, it is your responsibility to find out what you are called to do - God's purpose for your life. That is your calling and primary assignment from the Lord. Jesus said, "To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, ..." - John 18:37b. Why were you born?

Every believer has a role to play in the building of the body of Christ. While some are called to move sand and cement with wheelbarrows, some are called to fetch water with buckets, and others are called to mix the mortar with shovel for the bricklayers who join the building blocks together with hand trowels. Whether you're gifted in the use of wheelbarrow, bucket, shovel or hand trowel, all are needed to construct the building.

Jesus the Son of man is also the Word of God. Therefore, it is the Word of God the Father, spoken or revealed by Jesus the Son of man that provokes and enables a man to be drawn to Jesus Christ. However, after being drawn to the Lord by the Word of God, man has the opportunity to make an eternal choice to either accept him or reject him. It is only believers in Jesus that will experience resurrection unto eternal life.

A baby that is born complete with all the members of the body does not immediately use those members to their full potential. For instance, he may hear the sound of spoken words but is unable to make sense out of what is being said. Also, though the baby may make sounds with his mouth, he'll not be understood by grown-ups. The newborn baby needs food for growth and development.

It is so important to always speak according to the will of God and his Word, if we are to enjoy his promised blessings. Prosperity and good success are some of the fruits of speaking in agreement with the written word of God. This explains why many Christians are not enjoying the blessings of the Lord. Although they know the word of God their speech exposes their unbelief.
