Key Text: Revelation 4:11 KJV - Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

Beloved, the latter part of our key text says God has created all things including you, for His pleasure. What does it mean to please God? It simply means giving Him first place in everything that you do in life. This can be achieved by sincerely seeking God to know the right thing to do, and endeavouring to do it, in every situation. Remember, the Holy Spirit has been given to the Church to lead us into all truth.

It is wrong to leave God out of your daily decisions in life, work and business. Even when you are serving other people do it with good will as to the Lord, and not unto men: not with eye service, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart - Ephesians 6:6.

Always remember that you have been created for a purpose, to please God. Do not allow self, men and things to take the place of God in your life. Our God is a jealous God who will never share His glory with any man. Seek to do only those things which are acceptable in His sight and pleasant unto Him.

Prayer: O Lord, my earnest desire is to please you. Have your way in my life, in Jesus name. Amen.
