Key Text: Jeremiah 2:13 KJV - For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water.
 
Whatever God does not do remains undone. If God does not help you, nobody can help you. Your help can only come from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth. He alone can save the sinner, deliver the oppressed, restore the backslider, heal the sick, help the helpless, provide for the needy, and turn their situations around for the best. He is the all-sufficient God - seek him.
 
Forsaking God and trying to walk in our human ways, strength and wisdom is a sin that always ends in defeat, futility and disaster. We should totally rely on the Lord, and put our trust in Him, for with God nothing shall be impossible. This all-sufficient God does not need the help of man or another god to do anything for us. He is most reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
 
Our sufficiency is of the Lord and without him, we can do nothing. But we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. God shall supply all our need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. The Lord has all that is needed for our salvation, deliverance, restoration, healing, provision, protection, promotion, prosperity and peace. There is no other God beside this all-sufficient God and the only way to Him is Jesus Christ.
 
Prayer: O Lord, I know that you can do all things. Help me to depend on you always for all my needs, in Jesus' name. Amen.
