Key Text: Galatians 2:20 KJV - I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Living by the faith of Jesus is yielding to his Lordship and letting the Son of God live in you. Jesus said, I am the light of the world; and in another verse of Scripture, He said that believers are the light of the world, which makes us one with him. By letting him live in us, his light shines and dispels the forces of darkness in our territories. This is how sinners can be delivered whose minds are blinded by Satan.

Although the light of Jesus is in you, it is your responsibility to let it shine. Let your light so shine that others may see your good works and glorify your Father which is in heaven - Matthew 5:16. You are saved not to live for yourself but to shine and lead those that are in darkness into the kingdom of light. Your light will be seen when you walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called - Ephesians 4:1.

We are living in the world of darkness and wickedness, but light is stronger than darkness: greater is He (the light of the world) that is in you than he (the prince of darkness) that is in the world. Strive to live for Jesus and let your light so shine before men by doing what is right and shunning that which is evil. You cannot live for the Lord except you are born again. Repent and believe the gospel for the salvation of your soul.

Prayer: O Lord, let every satanic bushel covering my light be overturned that I may lead men to find you, in Jesus' name. Amen. 

Reflection: Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid - Matthew 5:14.
