A MYSTERY UNRAVELLED

Jun 29 2023

Key Text: 1 Corinthians 15:51 KJV - Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed.

The mystery about the Rapture, unravelled by the Holy Spirit through Apostle Paul in our text was mentioned by the Lord Jesus Christ in John Chapter eleven, during an important conversation with Martha when He went to raise Lazarus from the dead. When Jesus spoke about the Rapture, neither Martha nor the disciples understood what He was talking about because it was still a mystery at that time.

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believeth thou this? - John 11:25-26. Jesus meant what he said but it was not clearly understood until Paul through revelation unravelled the mystery.

When Christ shall appear to rapture His Bride, both the dead and living saints will be caught up or raptured in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye. It is only those that will remain in Christ till the end that will be saved. The coming of the Lord is at hand, repent and give your life to Jesus that you may hear the last trump. Are you a true believer?

Prayer: O Lord, I have decided to follow you till the end. Keep me by your power, in Jesus name. Amen.

Reflection: And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved - Mark 13:13.
