BLESSED BE THE LORD

Jul 27 2022

Key Text: Psalm 68:19 KJV - Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.

There is no day that passes under the sun without the Lord loading us with benefits. This understanding is needful so that we can live in constant expectation of these benefits and praise God accordingly as we take delivery of them. They that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing. The Lord preserves our lives. He protects us, our properties and our possessions. He provides for us and gives us perfect peace.

The Lord is the giver and sustainer of life. He meets our daily needs, fulfilling his promises. Jesus has taught us to pray for our daily bread that we may learn to acknowledge God as Jehovah Jireh - The Great Provider. And He has promised to answer us when we pray, therefore you should always remember to cast your burdens upon Him, for he cares for you.

Man expires the moment he stops receiving from God who makes His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Above all, God has given us Jesus, His only begotten Son and whosoever believes in Him will be saved. There's no excuse for not being saved. Surrender your life to Jesus Christ today that you may receive the gift of eternal life.

Prayer: O Lord, I look up unto you today for my daily bread, in Jesus name. Amen.

Reflection: Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits - Psalm 103:2.
